PostHog

We use PostHog, a product analytics and monitoring platform, to better understand how our application is used, and to improve overall performance and reliability. PostHog enables user session replay, which helps us analyze user interactions as well as the collection and retention of server-side logs, requests, responses, and error events. Sensitive data, such as authentication tokens, is redacted.

Grafana

We use Grafana as a product analytics and monitoring platform to support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of our Platform. This includes the analysis of system metrics, as well as the aggregation of server-side logs and requests, responses, and error events. Grafana allows us to build interactive dashboards that display metrics so that we can diagnose issues more effectively. Sensitive data, such as authentication tokens, is redacted.

Supabase

We use Supabase, a Postgres-based Firebase alternative, as a third-party backend and database service. Supabase provides a managed PostgreSQL database for the storage, retrieval, and management of application data, along with associated authentication, API, and data services. All data processing that is conducted through Supabase, including the underlying PostgreSQL database, is performed in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Sensitive data, such as authentication tokens, is redacted.

Google OAuth

You may choose to access our Services using Google for authentication and authorization when logging in. If you connect to our Services through Google, we may collect, store, and use the information that you have authorized Google to share with us. When you instruct or allow Google to connect you with our Services, we may gain access to the information that you have shared with Google, including your profile picture, email address, gender, birthday, location, names and pictures of your Google contacts, your interests, and other information you make publicly available through Google.

Slack

We use Slack, a third-party messaging and collaboration platform, to receive priority alerts and notifications regarding application performance, operational errors, and incidents. Messages sent through Slack are limited to operational information necessary for monitoring and maintenance purposes. No sensitive user data is included in these notifications, and all processing of alert information is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

X

We use X for advertising purposes. When you view or interact with ads on X, X may collect information about those views or interactions (e.g., watching a video ad or preroll, clicking on an ad, interacting with reposts of or replies to an ad). The amount of information collected will depend on your interactions with the ad and certain additional factors, such as whether you're logged into your own X account. We use LinkedIn for advertising purposes. If you take a social action (such as like, comment or share) on these ads, your action is associated with your name and viewable by others, including the advertiser. Do Not Track

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a concept promoted by certain regulatory authorities and industry groups for development and implementation of a mechanism that would allow internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites. Currently, various browsers (including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari) offer a DNT option that allows a user to set a preference in the browser to not have his/her activities on the internet tracked. You can usually access your browser's DNT option in your browser's preferences. When a user's browser is set to DNT, some cookies and other tracking technologies may become inactive, depending on how the website visited responds to DNT browser settings. If that occurs, the website visited will not recognize you upon return to that website, save your passwords or user names, and some other features of a website may become unavailable or not function properly.

Given the lack of a standard in the industry or any clear regulatory guidance on this issue, we do not comply with DNT signals from your browser at this time.
